community days of mindfulness

A full day of community practicing together in mindfulness.

The day unfolds through guided walking meditation, sitting practice, mindful movement, reflection, and rest, all held in the spirit of deep looking and boundless love. Each Day of Mindfulness is an invitation to slow down, embody presence, and open to healing in community.

Volunteer

You are welcome to volunteer or offer a practice to the Sangha.

Please bring an offering to share a nutritious dish, juice, pastries, or  other offerings for sharing.

Community Days of Mindfulness A half day of community practicing together in mindfulness. The day unfolds through guided walking meditation, Deep Relaxation, mindful movement, reflection, and rest, all held in the spirit of deep looking and boundless love. Each Day of Mindfulness is an invitation to slow down, embody presence, and open to healing in community

  • 10:00 – 10:45: Walking Meditation
  • 11:00 – 11:45: Deep Relaxation
  • 12:00– 12:45: Open
  • 12:45 – 1:00: Mindful Snacking and Tea
  • 1:00 – 1:45: Mindful Gathering of Song, Dance, Drums, Open Mic you decide.
  • 1:45- 2:00: Mindful Clean Up

  • Third Saturday of every month, 10:00am-2:00pm

What to Bring:

  • Bring offerings such as snacks, fruit, or items for the altar to nourish one another and honor the gift of practice.
