This is day 3 of what has been a 4 day series day retreats.
We will gather October 19, and October 26 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a day of meditation, mindful eating, sharing, drumming, and dancing, dharma talks.
Each retreat will offer a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with others, and recharge in a peaceful, supportive environment. Whether you can join us for a single day or all four days, you are warmly welcome!
