The Art of Mental Transformation
Embody the Essential Buddhist Teachings of Freeing Our Minds a course for practitioners who wish to embody the essential Buddhist teachings of liberation (freeing our minds). Through meditation and interactive inquiry, we will explore the Five Clinging Aggregates, the 18 Realms of Phenomena, the Noble Truth’s of Suffering, and other core Buddhist concepts. The program is intended for those who wish to study and put into practice the teachings of the Buddha.
The heart of the program is to embody these complex teachings in our Sangha and our daily lives through embodied and relational inquiry. One of the unique features of this program is the exploration of both Theravāda and Mahāyāna teachings.
